We focus everything that we do on delivering the three Buckingham First values summarised below. These are the delivery goals that fuel our passion for child development and growth

First steps

We encourage children to develop positive relationships as they take their First steps towards becoming responsible and independent individuals. We do this by providing inspiring opportunities for children to become confident learners and challenge them to reach their full potential.

First foundations

During their wonderful nursery years, each child’s foundation of life is laid and shaped significantly.
At Buckingham First, we don't just lay the learning foundations, our focus is to keep growing them! Children develop continually meaning they need further support to keep advancing.
First foundations that grow are alive and dynamic, just like the roots of a tree.

First fruits

Each child is unique and accepted as an individual with his or her own gifts and talents, our job is to recognise these and explore them together. We call these the First fruits, which come in all different colours and blossom in all different seasons.
