Morning drop off and breakfast : Our experienced practitioners settle in the children and everyone starts the day together with a balanced and important breakfast, ready to fuel the day ahead.

Morning activities : Group circle time and carefully planned activities tailored to meet childrens specific needs and interests are delivered. These activities are aligned to the Early Years Foundation Stage Development Matters Framework.

Mid morning snack : Learning can be hungry and thirsty work. Children are encouraged to serve themselves at the water station throughout the day and sit down together for a healthy snack, with a variety of healthy fruits and vegetable sticks on offer.

 

Morning outdoor play: Learning and play flows into our dedicated outdoor areas with a mix of soft and turfed areas, and a range of equipment to maximise physical development

Lunch time: At lunch we encourage the children to learn to serve themselves and enjoy a balanced and healthy meal together. There is a home cooked touch to all of our meals which is prepared from our very own kitchen.

Sleep time: Under twos and toddlers usually need to sleep during the day to re-energise. Rest assured we know this can be very important, so we work closely with parents to establish the right routine for each child’s individual sleep needs.

Afternoon activities : The afternoon session is further centred around the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and designed to meet key development goals. Childrens interests will drive their exploration and growth through practitioner and child led activities.

Afternoon snack: Time for another quick re-fuel. An afternoon snack of healthy fruits, vegetables and simple biscuits are offered again to the children.

Afternoon Tea: Tea time is a light serving that keeps the children going until they are ready for home. This is a final sit down, simple and balanced meal .

Home time: On your arrival our practitioners will provide feedback about your child's day including activities, eating and learning.

Our youngest children will get an additional daily report card with all the important information that will keep you up to date.
